Cancel Your Account

You can cancel your account at any time, for any reason, and with no need to contact us. Before you cancel, please be aware of the following:

You will not receive a refund. If, after signing up for an account, you are not pleased with the service, it is your responsibility to cancel within the trial period to avoid being charged. We bill at the end of the cycle for which services have been provided. It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the billing cycle to avoid being charged for that billing cycle.
Your content may be deleted now or later. Once you cancel your account, the content you entered into Bio Builder Pro may be deleted. Be sure you have saved anything you want to keep on your computer before cancelling. Even if you choose to display your bio on another website, it is still being hosted on and served from our servers. We are not responsible for lost content. If you want your content deleted right away, please be sure to let us know. Otherwise it may or may not remain on the server until our next maintinence period.
If you are using your bio on another website, the code you entered on the other site to "Activate Your Bio" will need to be removed. It is your responsibility to manually remove the activation code from any sites you entered it in, and if you do not, visitors will still be forwarded to our site and may receive an error, or an advertisement for Bio Builder Pro may be displayed instead of your bio.

To cancel your subscription, you will need to log in to your PayPal account, locate the subscription, and cancel it.

Please don't forget to confirm your cancellation on the last page. It is not cancelled until PayPal says "This subscription has been cancelled". If you don't receive the cancellation email, please double check to be sure it shows as cancelled. No refunds will be given later without a verification that you tried to cancel (copy of email, printout or screenshot) .
