The Bio Builder Pro service subscription is provided on a "payment after services provided" basis. You are billed at the end of the billing cycle for which services have been provided. If you are not satisfied with the level of service provided during any billing cycle, simply cancel your subscription before the end of that billing cycle and you will not be charged. While we strive to provide the best possible service and uptime, there is no service level guarantee and we are not liable for failure of services, downtime, errors, incompatability with other websites or computers, or lost data. Once services have been provided and your account has been charged for a billing cycle, no refunds will be given. By subscribing to the service, you agree that you are solely responsible for all material you upload or enter, and that you will not upload any materials to our server for which you are not the rightful owner, or which contain illegal, indecent, or vulgar material. We reserve the right to cancel any account or delete any content that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be inappropriate, illegal or objectionable. We reserve the right to make changes to the service as needed, including adding or removing functionality, changing design and layout, cancelling or discontinuing the service. You are responsible for maintaining a backup copy of all materials, and when you cancel your subscription, all materials you uploaded or entered will be permanently deleted.

The purpose of this web site is to help users publish content on the internet.
Almost all information you enter on this site is for the purpose of making it available to the public in general. If you are specifically asked to provide your email address or password, we will consider that information private, and will not share it with others. If you decide to enter your email address into other fields in the site, that will be considered public information, and will be made public. All other text and pictures you enter into this site can be made public.
If we collect your email address, it may be used by us to convey important account related information, keep you updated on site news and announcements, and to contact you for problems or issues you may have reported or for which you should be aware.

No Association
The Bio Builder and Bio Builder Pro are intended to help you build a bio for use on sites that allow posting of public bios. It is not intended to be used in conjunction with any site in particular. We expressly deny any association or affiliation with, sponsorship or endorsment or approval by, or partnership with any other website.
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time with or without notice.
